Final Sales

All sales made in our store are final. We do not accept returns or make refunds, except in cases where the product received has a manufacturing problem or defect.

Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Products

If the product received has a problem or defect, we will be happy to make an exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Problem Notification: The customer must inform us of the problem within the first 10 calendar days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of Problem: A detailed description of the problem must be provided, along with visual evidence (photographs or videos) to support it.
  • Product Condition: The product must be unused and in the same condition as it was received, including the original packaging.


Procedure to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange:

  • Include the following information:
    • Full name of the customer.
    • Order number.
    • Date of receipt of the product.
    • Description of the problem and visual evidence.

Once your request is received and reviewed, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Limitations

Exchanges or refunds will not be made for:

  • Damage caused by misuse of the product.
  • Requests made after the 10 calendar day period.
  • Products purchased on sale or clearance (except for manufacturing defects).
